If you feel this strongly about this guy, and you're willing to marry him, then i think you should go after him. after you two making love by just one kiss, and everything he did, it seems as if he does still really love you. i think you should go after him with all you got girl! just be careful, you don't want to get hurt again. never completely think positively, that sounds bad, but if you think bad, then if the bad does come, you won't be as disappointed and heart broken, but if the good comes, then you'll be that much happier and excited about it. i think you should go for it with all you got! let him know how you feel, and he'll come around.
