WAAAAAYYY CONFUSED!!!?

She is indirectly saying she misses you but at the same time she is with someone and she has no attentions to go further with you at the moment, but she still wants to be your friend. Thats what im picking up since she directly told you "she appreciates you since you show her value". You can talk to her but just let conversation flow and not escalate things, until she shows she interested then move forward.
