YouTube Video Help? (Copyright Infringement)?

In the past 2 days, I uploaded 2 lyrics videos to YouTube. One was for Afterlife by Avenged Sevenfold and the other was Nightmare (also Avenged Sevenfold). At the beginning and end I put the title of the song, the artist, the album (if I knew it), and the sources I used to make the video. On my videos, one has "Matched third party content" next to it. The other has "Blocked in some countries." But it's blocked worldwide now. I knew YouTube has pretty strict terms on copyright, but what can I do to unblock my videos?? Thanks :)

Youtube copyright problems..help?

well i have 2 lyric videos on my youtube channel and neither of them have copyright issues..i think its because the artists' name are tagged in the title and you can click on them and it will lead you to their youtube channel. the videos are only blocked in germany. well recently i made a 3rd lyric video and it was blocked worldwide b/c of copyright problems. so i filed a dispute with the explanation of section 102 or 107 (dont remember which one) or the copyright act of 1976and it worked for a little bit but then like 12 hours later it was taken down and i got a copyright strike! i took the video down reuploaded and filed a dispute and i got another copyright strike! can someone tell me why my other videos were fine, how to fix this and also how to get rid of the copyright strikes?! please and thank you! oh, and i have absolutly NO intention of making money off these videos.

Could these other factors be making my period late?

I've been on birth control for five months, never had a problem with my cycle on it or before it. This month I missed a pill by 3 hrs and was advised to take two "just in case" so I did. I stopped this pack on Sunday and expected to start Tuesday. However on Monday I was injured in a car accident so lots of injuries and stress etc. and I was wondering if the additional pill or the accident could be delaying it or if I'm just wishful thinking?

How can I make $3000 FAST?

This will probably sound immature but I'm 21. Was with my ex 2 years broke up 5 months ago as he was stressed with college but realised it was a stupid mistake and got back together within 4 weeks. There is this girl in the grade below me who i have liked for several months. I do not share any classes with her other than homeroom, so i do not get to talk to her much. Impulse control or drug addiction?

Believe it or not there is a simple answer but there is no simple way to handel this issue. First off let me start out by telling you that I too have struggled with depression and anxiety since I was vary young. I started experimenting with drugs and such when I was only 11 years old, and that I have been a pot smoker for the better of 15 years. By what I can tell is you could become a full blown addict in a blink of an eye. the only reason I say you are not one right now is simply this.... Addicts never admit their addicts. That's why your dr said something about hitting rock bottom. What he doesn't seem to get is you are aware of your actions and you are seeking help. Addicts first rule of thumb is denial and lying of course normally about their addiction. But see your different right now you have a small window of opportunity to stop being so destructive with your life which is more Fragile then you know. My only advise to you is this "You have to do everything you can to keep yourself away from drugs and situations that you know you give into. Not so much the pot but everything else for sure. Even though I am a Pro-Pot person I do believe that pot is a gateway drug and when that high does not get you the high you want you turn to other drugs that can easily kill you if you mean it or not. Well most of the people I know who have smoked weed say that they are never truely addicted or dependent on it. My advice to you is to just quit. You do not need weed to make you happy and keep you from being depressed. Try to fill that void with something else less harmful and legal. Chew gum maybe? Just try not to be around things that will drag you back into that behaviour. Stop hanging around people who smoke it, try to cut out some stressfull things in your life. Pick up a hobby that will help you keep your mind off of depressing things and keep your mind off of weed. I believe you can do it, nothing is so depressing that you have to take drugs to make you happy. Just full heartedly try. You can do it, you are better then it. Be strong, don't let weakness win. Life will get better.

Do I have a case? I'm going to sue for illegal use of copyrighted music!?

So, my father passed away a few months ago. Before he passed away he was getting ready to sue people for using his copyrighten music. Here's what happened, he was in a band & he had helped write music for the songs as co-author of the music. Well he had all the music he had helped write, copyrighten. So August 8th of 2000 he had 4 songs music that he had written, copyrighten. Well he ended up getting into it with the band and telling them they could not use the music he had written in their cd. Well he thought that was the end of it. But a few years later, someone annonymously sent him a cd from the band he had been in. They ended up using his music anyways! They didnt know my dad had copyrighten it. They included him in the cd, BUT never gave him any royalties. He, by the way had his music copyrighten through the library of Congress. So he was planning on sueing them for lost royalties and everything else he should have gotten but didnt. I am the only child and everything got left to me. I'm planning on pursuing this but just wonder if anyone thinks I would have a case? He had 4 of the songs music, on the cd copyrighten. I am also wondering if anyone thinks a lawyer would take this case for contingency? I don't have the money to pay a lawyer but realllly want to pursue this. On some of the copyrights, another man in the band is listed as co author to the music. Will that matter? Please please please help! Thanks!

What you can do is get a Q-tip and slightly wet both ends, then rub the little metal strip on both sides with the wet q-tip. make sure to rub both sides again with a dry q-tip when finished. If the q-tips have brown to blackish stuff on them, then your games were the problem. Sometimes went old cartridge games are sitting for a while and not used, you can just do that and then they work fine. The yellow case damage is very common with SNES. mine is really yellow and it plays fine. Blowing/wiggling doesn't always work when they have been sitting around for a while.

Question about religion and reincarnation?

I've figured out what religion I am: Humanist, which is sort of like atheism, but the theory for humanism relates more to science. so basically, I believe there is no god. My exhaust is too loud?

I recently installed flowmaster super 44's on my Charger R/T, primarily for the performance enhancements. Now it is soo loud inside the car, I have to crank the radio up to drown it out. I've installed sound dampening material in the trunk and on the floors but it hasn't helped much. There is this girl in the grade below me who i have liked for several months. I do not share any classes with her other than homeroom, so i do not get to talk to her much. I guess her shyness kicked in, as well as mine. I really want to tell her i like her, but i do not know how. I am going to the high school next year, so i want to tell her before school ends. I do not know how. I am worried, because there are only 2 weeks left. If it helps to anyone, i go on a weekend trip the day that school ends. Can anyone tell me what to do? Im soooooo stressed please help!!!!?

So I'm a junior in high school. I've always been pressured by my parents to get good grades in school, but I get like unbearable amounts of homework. I feel like none of my friends are getting as much homework as me and I'm always just swamped. Also I'm an advanced art student and I have a show going up in june and its a show of portraits, and I have one month to finish the last three which is going to take up sooo much time because they're oil paintings and my style is photo realism. But I never have time to work on my paintings because I'm always doing homework. I'm also on the swim team so I swim about two hours each day. And on top of all of that, I have adhd so its hard for me to focus on anything for a while...but that's why I swim cause it helps dampen that a bit...but I just feel like I have so much going on that my head is going to explode from the pressure!!! Is there any way to help calm myself down and do something to make my workload seem more manageable and realistic? Please anything will help!!!

Is unschooling for me?

I'm now in the second semester of my freshman year at UofDJ Highschool, and am considering the possibility of unschooling because to be brutally honest, I hate school. I LOVE learning but i HATE school. sure, i've gotten used to some aspects, like the social structure, behavioral expectations, and such, but i truly think i'm missing out on what i could be learning that matters to me rather than what the state requires. I love the idea of being able to learn at my own pace, with no artificial motivation looming over my head ready to ruin my life (grades). I've never done very well in the school system and i honestly don't see how i can benefit off of it. Sure, i've heard that it teaches you how to learn, but, aren't we humans already programmed to do that? Isn't that one of the things that makes us, US. We have a natural tendency to want more and desire more that is dampened by society. I want to do more. I don't want to just get an office job that I curse every day and I want to live my life to the fullest.

Why has my youtube video completely frozen?

About a year ago my youtube video was about to hit 600 000 views and it had a load of comments, new ones coming in prettyh mcuh every day. I decided to fonally get round to sorting this out. Why did it stop getting comments and views and the view count completely frozen? There were no copyright claims or anything that I was notified of, it is just completely off the map on youtube, it seems, even when I search for the video it doesn't come up. I know this is super early but my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant and the odds are a bit tough since I am older. I noticed a huge surge in my emotions today more than I have had ever during ovulation. I need help with Real Player and Real Trimmer?

I use Real Player (the free download) to create videos. Normally Real Trimmer lets you cut and save small sections, but now it won't. When I try to save a section it asks you to name it, you press okay and then it shuts down Real Player completely. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted, used different source videos and made different cuts - but nothing changes. Happens on my laptop and on a PC. Breast tenderness a week before period. Pregnant?

Im a week away from my period. I had my period last month on time. I usually have the normal breast tenderness before my period but usually within a week of starting my next period. My breast tenderness began about a week ago and is unusually more sore this month. Some days are better than others. Sometimes they dont hurt at all while at other times just the pressure of my bra or them bouncing is excruciating. At times they barely hurt at all. I feel like they are swollen as they feel slightly bigger than usual however im afraid it may be all in my head. I took a pregnancy test last week and it was negative. Too soon to test perhaps? 37 weeks pregnant and everything hurts.?

For the last 2 days, everything below my belly button aches, even my legs and ankles. Not an ache that goes away with rest or water... I can't lay down, sit up, recline, or stand without feeling awful. Also, there is a lot of tightness in my upper abdomen, but it is not contractions. The second person voice is quite the trip, but you're going to have to mitigate that in either first or third in order to make it work, in my opinion. I am not Catholic, and therefore the praying means nothing to me, and yanks me out of the narrative. Second person is effective here because it's forceful. But forcing me to do or believe something for the better part of even a short story would override my ability to suspend my own disbelief.

So I was wiping down the screen on my laptop with a slightly dampened cloth since it was a bit dirty and I noticed some water had gotten through. Hi! I've uploaded music on the net that I've made myself. Problem is, that they're made with a pirated version of FL Studios, meaning that I don't have any copyright on them. I feel really bad for this and have decided to buy a legal copy (Signature Bundle). Will I get the copyright of my songs if I do that? sounds like you have it figured out pretty well...the only thing i would try different is painting the bonding agent right on the wall before your first coat and then scarifying that coat and then your finish coat...you could try roughing up the concrete surface with a rubbing stone first also...in the u.s. we call it parging...

Im soooooo stressed i need help!!!!!!?

So I'm a junior in high school. I've always been pressured by my parents to get good grades in school, but I get like unbearable amounts of homework. I feel like none of my friends are getting as much homework as me and I'm always just swamped. Also I'm an advanced art student and I have a show going up in june and its a show of portraits, and I have one month to finish the last three which is going to take up sooo much time because they're oil paintings and my style is photo realism. But I never have time to work on my paintings because I'm always doing homework. I'm also on the swim team so I swim about two hours each day. And on top of all of that, I have adhd so its hard for me to focus on anything for a while...but that's why I swim cause it helps dampen that a bit...but I just feel like I have so much going on that my head is going to explode from the pressure!!! Is there any way to help calm myself down and do something to make my workload seem more manageable and realistic? Please anything will help!!!

I met this guy when we were in freshmen year in college. We became friends, and eventually, closer. We didn't really admit what we felt, but we talked everyday, called each other, spent time daily, watched movies just the two of us. I was the closest girl in his life, and he was the closest guy in mine. Most of the time we just tease each other but there are moments when the time seemed perfect, that we'd dropped hints every now and then, but then we found out we are actually blood related! it turns out that his mother's my second cousin. it got awkward after that, but eventually we became even closer, and i well, fell for him even more. then, we had a huge fight, and we didn't speak to each other for months. Now, things are okay again, but we're not as close. Until now, I can't move on. I mean, what if we really had something, but because of our inconvenient relationship, he didn't make the move? or is that just wishful thinking. I would never do that - but if I did I have a feeling that my neck would be dragged out the front door and left broken on the front lawn - or something worse. Seriously though, once trust has been broken it is hard to get it back unless the person becomes a complete open book to you. I would tell my spouse that I was having some serious trust issues and that I needed to work through them with them and that I needed their help to do this. If a person really loves a person and cares about them they will be upset that the person they love is being tortured by something that they are doing and will do anything to help make it right. Corsa timing chain advice?

i've got a Corsa 1.2 six 2001 (Y reg), i bought it back in Nov last year and it had a lil bit of a tappet noise when idling but sounded alrite when running when i bought it. Over the last few months the noise has got louder, its coming from the driver side of the engine so im guessing the timing chain is loose or the tensioner has stuck ? If it is do the chains break or can i get away with out changing anything for a while ? And will thicker oil dampen the noise ? I've already tried changing the oil and using engine flush but it didn't change

From the sounds of the conversation it doesnt look good. Obviously her friends are giving her a hard time which is never a good thing but doesnt always mean the end. She brings up an opinion that has obviously been on her mind for a long time. Only because I do not know the tone of the conversation I am going to assume it wasnt good. There is this girl in the grade below me who i have liked for several months. I do not share any classes with her other than homeroom, so i do not get to talk to her much. Recently, we were put in the same group for some school team building crap. She talked to me for the entire two hours. I was surprised, because she is a very shy person, as well as me. My first centerfire rifle was a model 94 .30-30. My dad gave it to me when I was 10, and I never had any problem with the recoil. The recoil of this rifle is very mild. It kicks a little more than a .410, but not as much as a 20 gauge.

Flirting should be a serious red flag. If you allow flirting in your mind (meaning if your wife allows flirting into her mind) then she is allowing temptation. That temptation will fester and become actions.
