I think i love her, but does she love me?

Hi, I'm pretty sure I'm in love with my bestfriend but I'm confused about her....I think she likes me too.These are the following reasons why: shell text me goodmorning babe<3, she always gives me hugs, she says she loves me, she kisses me on the cheek, and twice she has held my hand...Does this mean anything or is this just wishful thinking on my part?
