Do I qualify for YouTube Partnership? HELP!?

On YouTube I have a channel that is pretty built up but there is a problem. I have over 650K video views and 100K channel views with over 2.1K subscribers. But I have an account warning for image and copyright warning. One of each. Do you think I qualify for Youtube partnership if I apply? Why or why not?
