What is this girl's intention?

Basically, I really liked this girl and asked her out back in January. She said she was already seeing someone. It got a little awkward and we never really talked afterwards as she was in different city. Now, we are both in Seattle. I bumped into her on the streets the other day. She texts be back asking if I have time to hang out with her. What is her purpose? She knows I have a crush on her, is this a signal for me? or am I wishful thinking? If this girl doesn't want to date me I really don't want to hang out with her anymore as a platonic friend.
