Is it some sort of copyright infringement if I print a photo from say Google?

I want to request a signed photo from Blake Lively, but most of the people online that have gotten a signed photo sent pictures with them. Some have suggested celebrity websites here on yahoo answers. Is it okay to print a picture off Google images and send it in for an autograph?
