Why is my youtube video potentially infringing copyright?

i uploaded a youtube video of a band performing a song live at a field festival....im not earning money by it being in youtube, i filmed it all myself (meaning its content i created myself) and at the venue recording videos were NOT banned so why am i being told its potentially copyright infringement?
