Want to use a song in youtube?

Iv seen this song on mw2 montages in youtube - Pendulum - watercolour and i wanted it in my first montage i made yesterday. So i upload it on youtube and get a copyright error? How comes?? Other people have it? Is there anyway i can add it to my video without copyright D; ?
