I'm thinking about making an AMV on YouTube using Aaron Copland's 'Hoedown" Will this get a me a strike?

You never really know with YouTube. One way or another you could just risk it then remove the video if they ban it. I removed two videos because of copyrighted music and because they hurt your chances of becoming a partner even if they are not banned.
