Is there any infringements to copyright etc if you use apple logos and ringtones on the iphone 4.?

Can I utilise appple logo's ringtones etc for developing my own app, outside of the apple developer centre without specific permission? Will they refuse to accept my app. or claim infringement of copyright etc The app I am intending to create will be for the iphone 4 but i'd like to know if I can use there graphics, display screens, ringtones etc
