HELP! Please, I need advice.?

Alright, here's the thing, my youtube account has been struck for copy right infringement. But, I used the "fair use" claim on one of them and it worked. But it's now been hit again. The videos are from Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi. I decided that I am going to do the right thing, and ask the copyright holder for permission to distribute his videos on youtube. So I went to the Kadokawa website, and I can't read or find the president's e-mail. What do I do?
