A once-close friend becoming a nuisance?

Mature is when you are a decent person capable of treating people with consideration and being able to have at least some level of responsibility. It is NOT being stuck up, dull, unadventurous, and unopinionated. Shes sort of in a grey zone where shes mature enough but kinda not on some things, its a bit hard to tell. Just dont worry about it. If anything it sounds like shes depressed possibly.
